Make your c3 1978-1982 sound like a concert hall on wheels with our custom rear speaker cabinet system. factory c3 speakers can sound tinny, lack bass & clarity, crackle, and hiss, and deteriorate over time. we offer a custom rear speaker cabinet solution designed specifically for c3 corvette owners by c3 corvette owners. the patent-pending design features custom 45 degree speaker angles that simulate surround sound without the need for a subwoofer. this design maximizes your rear storage compartment space while not interfering with t-top storage or your interior lights. the system includes a pair of custom cabinets manufactured from premium stereo grade mdf (medium density fiberboard) which are pre-drilled for 6x9 speakers, mounting brackets, hardware, & easy to follow instructions. you'll need to purchase a set of 6x9 speakers and speaker wire separately as they are not included. give your corvette the sound you've always wanted while maximizing rear compartment storage. note: speakers & speaker wiring are not included. oxygen-free speaker wiring is recommended. if splicing is required, soldering is recommended. note: installation can be done by a do-it yourself. professional installation recommended by car audio specialist.
